What’s in mustard greens? A Field of Greens Recipe

A Field Of Greens is a hearty dish made with cabbage, onions, mushrooms and other greens and topped with a sweet mustard sauce and roasted red peppers.

You can buy it at a supermarket, at farmers markets and at farmers’ markets.

It’s a traditional dish in many parts of the world.

Some people say mustard greens have an interesting history, while others insist they’re the best green on the planet.

How to make mustard greens Recipe: 1 small red onion, peeled and diced 1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup onion, diced 1 cup water 1 cup cabbage, washed, seeded and diced 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp kosher salt and black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp salt and pepper To prepare: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add in the garlic, cook until soft and golden, about 1 minute.

Add cabbage and cook until softened and wilted, about 30 seconds.

Add salt and water to the pot and stir.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.

Cover the pot with foil and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

Drain and let cool.

To prepare the mustard greens: Place all the ingredients into a food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Spread on a plate or serving platter, sprinkle with salt and serve with tomato and red onion sauce.
